For a limited time, this great price also includes the follow-up appointment where I will counsel and instruct you on how to implement your custom treatment plan.*** (A $110 value)
All for an introductory price of $299!***
Imagine how good it will feel to know that you are eating and taking in the specific nutrients that YOU need based on the best evidence available. This type of evaluation and treatment is quickly becoming the avenue to Optimal Health by many savvy doctors and patients.
Please allow approximately 1-1.5 hours for the initial appointment. Once all of the tests have been evaluated, I will generate custom nutritional recommendations and a treatment plan with a full report; this requires a follow-up visit which will be about 30-45 minutes, will be scheduled 2-3 weeks after the initial appointment (to give the labs time to get your results to me) and for a limited time, wil be included in the price of the initial exam.
If there are markers and clues that a disease process is underway in your body, you will be appropriately referred to the correct provider if it is a process that cannot be managed at Optimum Function.
***This baseline program does not include the cost of any other necessary laboratory exams. I will talk with you about specific functional and/or laboratory exams that I will need to completely investigate you current health and nutritional status. Well, I know this is a lot of information but diet is really the “first line of defense” against many of our common ailments. In fact, I don’t recommend you even try taking any sort of anti-inflammatory supplements until you make the changes listed in this handout, often, they are enough. There are some supplements that can help with inflammation and some of them are safe to take long-term. If you would like to come in for a more formal functional medicine/nutritional work-up, email info@optfunction.com or call 503-866-9739.
Please note: The information in this publication is not meant to diagnose or treat any particular disease; it is meant to help alleviate inflammatory states that decrease ones quality of life. Even though the recommendations listed in this publication can be applied to chronic and acute inflammatory conditions, it does not replace a proper diagnostic work-up, nor will it replace the recommendations by your primary physician.
